Birch & Associates PC was founded in Indianapolis with a simple philosophy: clients deserve more than generic legal advice. The firm was founded by attorney Fema Birch, whose legal career has included civil litigation, real estate disputes, consumer matters, estate planning, elder law, business matters, and other complex legal issues affecting individuals, families, and businesses.

A graduate of New York Law School, Mr. Birch began his career in the New York legal market, where he developed a litigation-focused approach to problem solving. That experience shaped the philosophy behind Birch & Associates PC: legal representation should be strategic and thorough, but it should also be understandable, accessible, and grounded in the realities facing the client.

At Birch & Associates PC, we recognize that people generally do not contact an attorney when everything is going according to plan. Clients come to us when they are facing uncertainty, protecting something they have worked hard to build, planning for their family's future, dealing with a dispute, or trying to understand what their legal options actually are. Our role is to bring clarity to those situations.
